All packages must be booked on the same visit to the salon to receive the discounted pricing. Gift cards cannot be used for monthly specials. Monthly specials cannot be purchased as gift cards.
Expired gift cards will not be honored. Please note that donated services cannot be changed, switched, or credited to other services or other service providers.
Online Gift Card Purchasing
- Go to www.coraltreesalonanddayspa.com.
- Click on the Gift Card link (in RED above), it takes you to Mindbody.
- Select the gift card you'd like to purchase from the drop down menu and follow the directions for account information and payment. You will need to create an account to purchase. We recommend creating the account with the name and phone number of the person receiving the gift card. It's easier for us to track in case they lose the email or print out.
- You will get an email with the gift certificate and you can forward it or print it out and mail it. Please note that the recipient MUST bring the gift card with them to their appointment.
- If you have questions or can't figure it out,call (910) 575-4422 and we can process the transaction over the phone. There is a $1 charge to mail a gift card, just to cover the cost of postage and supplies.
Missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $25 cancelation or no show fee. Customers using gift cards may have this fee deducted from their gift card balance.
The policies set forth by Coral Tree Salon and Day Spa represent our intent to maintain a professional work environment while providing our clients with the best customer service possible.
Please arrive ten minutes prior to your spa appointment to allow time to fill out our short health form. This also gives you time to use the restroom and unwind before your spa treatment.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. After two same day cancelations or no shows, we reserve the right to request a nonrefundable deposit to book your next appointment.
We strive to keep appointments on schedule. If you arrive late and the specialist is committed to another client, your appointment may have to be shortened to fit into the allotted time or rescheduled. If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to another day and/or time.
Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service fee.
We strive to make sure our customers are satisfied with the service they receive. If there is a problem with the service, please call or email the salon within 48 hours of your appointment.
